These guys are amateurs. When you buy a gun, you have to take turns at using a tiny computer to register the gun. Not good when you have bad eyesight and elderly.

I've pawned and retrieved a number of items at this pawn shop. Staff always been helpful and polite. Pawn shops can be stressful places as you have a lot of desperate people visiting. They fulfill a need of getting someone money to fix a problem that will only get worse if not paid.

Worst pawn shop ever people are rude. They don't talk to you in English. Never go there again, terrible.

Lady at the counter, was Screaming and fighting on the phone with her boyfriend throughout the whole transaction, Bought a couple of tools from me, Tested them, filled out the forms and gave me the money, then she noticed the cord Had some damage and threatened to call the police if I didn’t give her the money back right then. Terrible service. very unprofessional

Went in to sell a Sig M17. They offered 275 while having an M18 selling for 700. I brought this up and the woman behind the counter insisted that it was an entirely other firearm. Checked out the one in the case, yep. She lied to me with a straight face.

There is a tall Hispanic male who works here who gives the wrong info every time. He tries to rush you so be very cautious and careful when dealing with this sheisty employee. I have caught him giving misinformation on several occasions stating I have nothing due (not true), trying not to give receipts and then giving wrong due dates.
