Every thing worst in this show room
If I want to buy any spares we have to wait atleast 30mins to 40mins
If I give access 125 for service they are not good at work like they doesn't wash properly and they don't respond properly and technicians are not good at rectifying correct problems first they don't understand our complaint they don't bothered with us properly

Worst service, I don't know why but they will not listen, you will have to wait for long time. Quality of work is also not good. This might be because of a big number of bikes/scooters appear for servicing. But employees are also very irresponsible. They lack professionalism.

Don't buy suzuki bikes in Rajahmundry,
The labour cost is very high
Too much expensive spare parts
Too much of Staff negligence.
But they asking 10/10 in reviews
If you have to much money

Staff are not bothered to satisfy customer requirements. Booked color in advance around, paid amount. we went 1month back with cash to buy simply they told color is not available.later we ourselves called so many times for the same,no response. Such things will create loss to your showroom
I can claim amount from showroom In different way, but stupidity will damage Suzuki brand image.
