I had to wait close to 8 days to get my moped fixed when I was promised the vehicle within 2 days. Delays are understandable but this was just absurd. And the fact that they didn't have the basic courtesy to update the customer about the whereabouts of their vehicle made things even more sour. And when I finally got the vehicle, it wasn't even properly washed. Absolutely pathetic experience.

This is worst service centre. Owner of this center supports misbehave of staff and staff is adequately trained to misbehave. My Access 125 was mishandled and cheated me giving poor service and misleading information. There is no customer support and owner himself is not interested to support customers.

the worst service provide by showroom . And my access 125 buy in june but 2week letter kick volume and engine volume problem start I even told them but they did not pay any attention, this is a stupid showroom, no one should buy a access from here.

And they are doing fraud with customer while claim insurance insted of replacing parts they will stick it with glue and charge money as policy punching charges and if we will ask bill about that then they will reply that our owner will not allow to give bill to customer

I brought Suzuki access 125 BS6 on 3rd Aug. 2020 and just after nearly 3 weeks we started facing problem with the scooter relating to the starter and kick
rearly no spark ,no self ,nothing anything...get Scooter emergency start give us kick,but nothing work down any how condition....very worst model I have eperience,
No one company vehicle or scooter problem in showroom in hand to getting min.6 or 1 year
Just 1 month problematic essential part nd starting problem ..i am not satisfied this scooter brought up?
